Six months without any pop of any kind...very thankful I gave it up, but still miss my dr pepper...how addicting is that stuff???
I've been 90 days without pop of any kind...it's been harder to give up than alcohol or cigarettes, which shows how addicting it is...I could pour myself a big, cold Dr Pepper right now....but I won't.
been trying to cut pop pretty much totally out. I used to drink a lot of dew. I'm down to one can UNLESS i go out to eat at a restaraunt with nasty water. :) But so far keeping it down to one a day sometimes none.
Back when I 1st looked into this site, I was drinking 10 16oz cups of coffee per day. I can now safely say that I limit myself to 2 cpd & feel much better for it!
this is so hard over the weekends for me, I have decreased the amount drastically and I'm actually noticing how it bloats me up and causes my exercise routine to be the days I consume more caffeine.
Only had 1 can of Mt.Dew this is my first day of trying to quit drinking it all together. I usually drink it all day long.
5 days out of 7 energy drink and caffeine free! It's not even a challenge! I have more energy than ever. My daily "nap" (crash) is unnecessary. 2 more days to go. I think I'll continue!
caffeine dehydrates you and makes you crash but green tea is good for you ? 0_o what should i do

Starting this tomorrow, because saw this after my morning coffee.. lately I've been drinking 4-8 cups a day. The initial energy boost is fantastic, the cranky feeling I get when I wake up is not >_< aiming for 2 cups a day
