my goal is to track how many servings of drinable caffeine i have {coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks} and to have less so i can sar waking up earlier tto work out.
I am out of my cans of diet pepsi in my office, so I went to the vending machine and ended up drinking 20 oz instead of 12 oz, but didn't drink any after 3:00. I'd prefer to not have anything after noon...need to get to the store.
only 1 morning coffee today. ordered fresh juice in caffe instead of usual coffee in the afternoon.
Hi! It's my first day here. Had 3 cups of coffee today. Having evening herbal tea (fresh mint) - hope this becomes a habbit.
Had a half cup of coffee this morning and than moved to green tea. I have found my stomach has not been handling the lack of caffeine very well so I had a little coffee this morning and found that I actually didn't care for it. I started reading about giving up coffee and many people have experienced stomach issues which subsided after several weeks.
Had to have black tea instead of green this morning. Feeling extra sluggish and needed that extra bit of caffine. Not sure if its the lack of coffee or the wet cold day. Will winter ever end.
