I want to quit drinking diet coke. I drink quite a bit and have for most of my adult life. Diet coke is one of those things I can just indulge it because it has no calories. Well, after cutting almost all other processed food out of my diet, diet coke has been the one bad vice I have been hanging on to, but not anymore! I know it's not good for you and took much can be very bad for you, so I am going to quit. My goal right now is to cut it out of my diet completely every other day and limit myself the rest of time. We'll see how that goes. I'm having trouble coming up with a good reward for all my effort that doesn't involve food. I'll have to work on that.
A while back I was having a lot of 2 or under days lately been 4 or 5. I do not really mind except too many of these days it is diet cola.
i downed 2 low carb monster drinks.. i hate it! it's like I can't operate with out them! what's a good healthy drink?
Tea!! green or white. watch the sugar though! try splenda w/ fiber. it's good!!

v-8 vegetable juice but only in the one shot format, anymore and you get too much sodium, has quite a bit of potassium.
Boost or ensure especially good if you are working out a lot.
Water one of the best beverages there is would probably be my first choice.
2 plus a decaf coffee. did have coffee in a ricotta desert about a teaspoon of instant so I guess that counts as well, so better make it 3.
coffee and one cola -diet.
just found out I'm preggers, so I stopped the loss weight dare and joined the drink less caffeine dare! :)
Ideally I would like to stop caffeine all together. But I want to monitor it more than anything. There are safe limits for pregnancy, and I want to stay well below those limits.
I have gone without intentional caffeine for 5 days now. Even decaf tea has a small amount of caffeine in it :( But I'm breaking bad today and having a soda...
congratulation, keep up the good work
Congratulations!!!
Congratulations!!!
o.k. o.k. congratulations!
4 again today, since doing body for life, I am seeking a boost from caffeine a bit more.
4 today pop and coffee.
Yep that's right 0 caffeine now since Friday! I'm on a roll and drinking plenty of water! Wahoo!
Super Duper, I went without yesterday but only because of scheduled colonoscopy, You did it out of desire, good for you.Nu By the way It wasn't that bad hope the weekend was good for you. Good gulping the water back as well.
My first two days I have limited myself to 3 diet mt dews. I have been extremely tired (I have sleep issues too) but I already feel a lot better today.
I do not think there is any caffeine in Mountain Dew at least not where I live. So I guess this is a better choice.
going to have less coffee instead of none,so i can adjust.but my tummy is so upset and its partially b/c of coffee=caffeine.if i have more fiber and eat healthy will body repair itself?or would taking a fiber/probiotic supplement help more?except supplements are spendy. :(

I just found this dare...since I quit drinking alcohol I've been drinking about three servings of Pepsi or Dr Pepper a day, and I want to get off the sugar and the caffeine.
I'm going to taper off a serving a day, because I remember the headache from last time I went cold turkey.
