I quit cold turkey over a month ago and though I am occasionally tempted by ads, I really don't miss it too much. I wish there was something I liked to drink at restaurants though. For me it is Dr Pepper or water. Guess it's just water now.

Had a headache today as soon as I woke up, so it took a day to catch up with me. Made 4.5 cups at home instead of 4. I'm going to reduce it 1/2 cup a day instead of 1.

was caffeine-free for 2 days... ended up with alight aversion, headache, nausea, and the shakes... not to mention, i was a raging, well... crankface to put it nicely...

and i only have 1 can of diet coke per day normally...

anyone have any suggestions on cutting it down from 1 can per day?

Maybe cut it down by 1/4 can a day? or even smaller increments:
3/4 can
1/2 can
1/4 can
none

Made 5 cups of coffee this morning at home, had a mug of coffee and that's it so far. No headaches yet.

Had 3 cups strong home-brewed Starbucks today, I'm going to cut back 1/2 cup a day. The thing that sucks is that my husband will still drink coffee, that is torture. I'll have to find another drink.

I got my braces off recently, so I don't want to mess my teeth up with caffeine.
I'm not addicted to coffee or anything, but i can soooooo go for a frappichino right now haha

I would be more worried about the sugar getting in your teeth or the coffee staining your teeth than with caffeine.
