Drink more water to flush out toxins from the body, make your skin healthier and keep hunger pangs at bay. Your body needs water to replenish muscles and maintain balance, so aim for at least eight to 12 cups daily.

finally started drinking water period, and then built up to drinking 48-64 ounces a day. this has unintentionally started to replace my diet coke habit, which is good. didn't believe that diet coke feeds your appetite, but now i do! ate much less drinking lots of water last week
Coffee doesnt count as water and I am pretty sure a glass of OJ doesnt either. It's 4:30pm, I'll be eating dinner soon, I plan on drinking a glass before, during and then after I eat to make up for it some and then another before bed, maybe. If I don't feel too waterlogged. Ugh.
I hate to sound like I'm advertising some random product, but I do want to recommend getting one of those water bottles by Camelbak or Contigo (only two brands I know that are really good). The ones with the straw and the spill-proof top make it SO EASY to drink up lot of water everyday! I'm seriously hooked to those water bottles and have found myself drinking even more than 64 oz. Worth trying!
I have been doing pretty good with my water. It actually helps me with the munchies. Have a great day.
I started drinking at least 64 oz. per day a few weeks ago. My skin has never looked better, and I no longer crave sugary drinks. Bring on the H2O!
That is awesome! Gives me modivation
