Since accepting this dare, I have recommitted to eating a clean diet, preparing fresh, organic foods, and virtually eliminating processed, sugary, salty, fatty foods from my family's diet.

Ate healthy! Didn't reach my goal though, I was 100 calories short. Too full to eat anything else. :(

Breakfast: 1 cup of plain kefir, Black Coffee.
Lunch: 5oz poached salmon in yogurt sauce over orzo with spinach and zucchini (Trader Joes), red tea.
Afternoon Snack: Multigrain rice cake with low fat peanut butter and a fresh beet/celery/carrot juice.
This is normal for work foods for the last month! I'm proud.
