I consume about 2000 calories a day. What would be a good goal for me? I was thinking to start around 55g, which is the goal livestrong gave me. I'm not really sure how to tell the difference between saturated and unsaturated fat in the foods I'm eating, though. Any suggestions/information?

23 g of fat for this week average. Now I need to add more healthy fats in my food menu. =)

After counting all my calories for what I plan on having for dinner and snacks I'm still under goal! Cheese is my biggest downfall but I've bought some lite swiss so it's low fat AND tasty!

29g of fat today with 62% of my fat calories stemming from those homemade chocolate chip cookies my mom brought over today! (I still might have a few more too.. the night is young.)

34 grams of fat today. I had some avocado, tortilla chips, vegan sour cream, vegetable oil, some olives & refried beans. All higher in fat. Still made my goal of below 40.

My goal is to have no more than 40 grams of fat a day. I can't remember what Livestrong said my goal should be before I made it custom, but it was a lot more than that. Today I consumed 20 grams of fat. It still seems like a lot, but I don't truly think it is... today is the first day I've tracked my food in over 6 months so it will take me awhile to figure out what is normal for me, and to adjust my goals.

I eat healthy fats, but need to consume less fat altogether

I have chosen to stop tracking daily and start counting servings instead. As long as I count my servings, I always do really well. Therefore, I believe I have learnt the lessons I need to learn and won't be tracking in this dare anymore. I will still be very much part of the livestrong community though. This website did help me lose 50lbs and fight against cancer. Livestrong daily everyone!

Livestrong said I did good on my fat intake today so I'm going to take their word. =)

I consumed 52.5 grams of fat today! That's a lot... I need to decrease that amount, seeing as I have enough to last me awhile already :)

Yikes, that pork chop killed me in the fat dept. It was good, though. I'll have to do better tomorrow. :)
