So my body fat is in the normal range. I remember a few short years ago, my fat was at least 10%lower than it is now. I want to get back there. I also feel completing this dare will help me with my running.

Definitely gotta cut fat from EVERYWHERE!!! My fat intake yesterday was 49.08%. That's double the 25% I want it to be. I normally hate tracking food but at least now I can look and see where it's coming from and make changes where needed.
