Last night after tracking all my food I was still down at 23g so i had a little bit of juice and a tsp of benefibre, so now its 26g! tracking is so so important

Whenever my friends tell me they want to lose weight I tell them to focus on 25g of fibre a day and the rest will fall in accordingly. Gotta love the nature of things :)
My fibre intake has been consistent I am so happy! Can't wait to see what the scale has to tell me tomorrow
Didn't track all weekend so I am behind with my fibre intake. Need to pump it up to about 30g per day this week.
