Only about 5 hours last night. I need to stop staying up so late :/

I slept seven hours out of eight. I felt pretty good. I have to use the bathroom during the night so this cuts into my sleep and the tv is on due to my spouse.

need to work on this more than anything...but at least I didn't pull an all nighter this past week. my average sleep for night is not that different from last week, but with more consistent sleep i feel better.

I've been getting to bed too darn late for too long.

Couldn't get to sleep last night...argh! So frustrating! I think I got 4 hours total.

By looking4alaska on January 25, 2012 at 02:51 PM

Kept waking up through out the night. Went to bed at 9:10 and woke up around 3 then again at 4 and then again at 5. Then got out of bed by 6:00.

No workout today which enabled me to sleep until 6 am. It felt glorious to sleep 2 hours later although my cat may disagree.

But have already failed tomorrow's goal since I will have to be up at 6:30am!

I have trouble staying asleep, and sleep restlessly. I wake up tired and unsatisfied. I can't remember the last time I had a good night's sleep ....

Needed the rest, I've been doing a lot of exercise. My leg muscles needed the time to recover.

I can get to sleep but I need to stay asleep. What I would give for a continuous nights sleep

By roselane on January 19, 2012 at 06:52 PM

My goal is to get more sleep by going to bed earlier. My schedule is such right now that I can sleep in because my work is in the evening. But I want to start trying to go to bed early (10-11p) and waking up at 7a to hit the gym first thing.
