I have to have at least 8 hours every night to keep up with my daughter and my daily housework I keep my house spotless.

Managed 8 hours finally! but it was broken up since my son woke me up for half an hour crying.

I think my REM sleep cycle is 3 hours, because after sleeping for 6 or 9 hours I feel refreshed, but 7 or 8 and I feel beat all day.

Still going to bed way way too late.. it doesn't help that my son's sleep schedule is out of whack too.

Ooh, big mistake...this ruined my day today, wasn't able to get everything done that I intended...too tired to get out of bed. I must get back on track.

I'm not sure how many hours I have been getting because my husband works at night and likes to wake me up whenever he gets home in the early hours of morning, or if he works until 6 am, I get phone calls that wake me up :| Wish I could get him to understand I need my beauty sleep!

My son slept through the night! That is a rarity and I feel great this morning. Hoping for more of the same tonight!

I slept seven hours out of eight. I felt pretty good. I have to use the bathroom during the night so this cuts into my sleep and the tv is on due to my spouse.
