I slept for about 8 hours last night....still feel tired but I did not work out yet..that will wake me up!!!
Definitely taking this dare because with being in school, working, kids, wifey, dogs, homework, etc,etc,etc.... Getting the right amount of sleep would be beneficial!! :-) Good nite!!!.. :-)
At times I do not get enough sleep....so I will take this dare and do better at getting more rest. Last night I sleep about 7 hours....I feel good. Woke up and started my workout and I feel much better after that!
Managed 8 hours finally! but it was broken up since my son woke me up for half an hour crying.

last night i was talking to someone via facebook, i end up sleeping around 10 pm but then i woke up around 7:15 am and my class starts around 7:30 am and im late so this morning im absent from class, i guess i over-slept..O.o but the good news is i manage to sleep 8 hours a day.
I think my REM sleep cycle is 3 hours, because after sleeping for 6 or 9 hours I feel refreshed, but 7 or 8 and I feel beat all day.
same happens with me ...u have to make ur body habitual for 8 hrs sleep
interesting, would like to have a consult about this.. i have sleep issues.
