Brought over some friends who are struggling with Parkinsons and a Little Alzheimers. Gave them a hour private performance for them on my grand piano and organ. It lifted their day, made me feel good to help.

I think everything is getting better, this site helps and my doctor put me on the pill so my mood swings around that time wont be so bad now I think.

I was so sure that I was getting better, that everything that I was doing was making me well normal again, but this morning I wanted to cut myself again. So I guess I'm back to being up and down again. So disapointed, thought everything was working. Suicidal thoughts didnt help either. So just a bad day right? Wish me luck stopping this. Any advive???????

I guess I was in a good enough mood today.
I am ready for a holiday/vacation.
I want and think I need to have a break. Working lots of hours to save some $. and now i am thinking...
So...all the $ i have made by working extra hours...may require me to take more time off...thereby nullifying the extra cash i have made. sigh... :-)

i can get quite moody when i have my period and before i get it, i can also get down a few times a week, and i dont know why, anyone have any idea how to compat teenage mood swings?

By GK190Man on May 14, 2012 at 09:07 PM

The fact that you're recognizing it is good and mature on your part. My wife when she was going through it would at times just cry. I'd ask what was wrong, and it was her period time. I'd let her know I loved her and she worked through it. Even though men don't have the monthly challenge, we have our share of mood swings. Part of life is understanding, mastering what we can and accept the things that don't have too much control over, but take place. Any ideas from the women? I've raised three girls and three boys. The cycle is tough for women with fluctuating hormones. It is normal.

Sat down and just played the piano for 20 minutes. Hard to stop, but other things to do.

Neighbor friends called to help get him up after falling a few times last night. Couldn't do it due to pain. Called 911. Broke his hip. Glad we were there to help. His wife called 30 minutes ago and is headed home. They'll figure the surgery info later. Stay healthy!
