got to bed too late, only 5 hours of sleep last night. Tomorrow is a very early morning at work but should be able to get in morning weight workout starting Wednesday this week.
I'm giving up my gym membership until I get a part-time job and can afford a gym closer to home. I don't drive (legally disabled, seizures and other stuff). It takes longer to get to and from the Y than I spend working out! Will do heavy compound lifts at local college for $8 a session, bodyweight & lame machines at my apt. complex 2x/wk. Today, chest press, tri extension, bicep curls, lat pulldowns.
Back after about a month of "don't wanna go to the gym" laziness. Squats, straight-leg deadlifts, calf raises, adductor work, stretching.
