Should have taken those photos Dec. 18th because since then I have not eaten cleanly nor exercised as much, resulting in weight gain. worked out on weights tonight for about 15 to 20 minutes, did stationary cycling and boxing drills for another 30 min.
great, what does your circuit training look like?
I have just finished doing 12 weeks of body building will have to take photos, I missed 3 weight work outs and probably about 7 days of cardio. Working out 6 days a week.
lower body yesterday started doing squats light weight, now, can no longer do leg extensions, knee is too sore, took it easy on the leg press as well hamstring work was more or less normal. Will probably incorporate 200 sit up dare into work out.
Havent done weights in a while.. want to get back into it but I am moving and wont have a gym.. I have NO idea how I am going to work out without a gym but I am sure I will figure it out.. any advice? I don't have MUCh to spend on supplies, but I could spend $50 or so
Try resistance bands, cheap and easy to travel with and store. They have them at http://www.crazyfitnessgear.com/ for $28. There is a daily workout for men/women/teens on http://www.liveexercise.com/ that uses bands (you can buy bands from them as well). It's free to register and watch the videos. A guy here at my work is using this and is getting pretty buff. I just got my bands this week and will start this weekend.
Good Luck!
Wal-mart has dumb bell sets for like $20.
That is excellent that you want to get back into lifting. You can get a great workout doing resistance with body weight exercises. You may want to look into that as an option. Good luck.
