I hope you got through it!
Breathe deep and drink cold water.
Brushing your teeth can help!
Be strong!
Remember it's only a craving don't
give it any more power than that.
They will pass a few minutes.
Take it one crave and day at a time.

I've smoked off and, on for the last 13 years. Longest I managed to quit was 9 months. This time I'm going through a divorce and, as anyone knows it is very difficult to see your home emptyed, court fees, attorney fees, banking issues and, so on.
This is a life goal for me! To be stronger than I ever have at the most difficult time to do so. Get my health back, get my life in order and, live a healthier lifestyle. I want to taste food again, be able to run around with out gasping for air or, to stop to have a smoke.

You can do this! Smoking doesn't make life better it ruins it! It isn't easy but it's worth it and your worth it! Hang in there! All things get better with time!

You have a lot going on emotionally... Life isn't easy as you know, and quitting smoking as well but it seems like you have some serious realistic goals you want to accomplish. The only thing stopping you is you. This is the time for change, you are strong willed, determined and committed to quit. Don't make the situation get the best of you.
“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.”
― Eckhart Tolle
“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but thought about it. Be aware of the thoughts you are thinking. Separate them from the situation, which is always neutral. It is as it is.”
― Eckhart Tolle
“Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose”
― Eckhart Tolle
