Realized I am still basing my decisions on my anxiety. I have decided to make a doctors appointment in the hopes of finding a therapist who can help me further in my anxiety goals.

Sometimes I feel as if my body is a sponge for negative energy, thus creating extreme anxiety. I hope to reduce some everyday until I can reduce my anxiety to a minimal level.

Today I was actually able to sit with my sister and her friend for a solid 10 minutes. This may not seem like much but I couldn't even come downstairs when my sister had a friend over a few months ago.
