I stress over everything and many times over things out of my control. I have to not be so negative about how things are going and make some more positives.
I'm going to work on removing coffee from my daily routine. I'm also going to cut back on alcohol. I might add a little bit of Yoga to my workout routines.
Since yesterday was to say the least one of the worst days I've had in a long long time. I will try my best to focus on all my goals

I have developed major anxiety over the past few years after I got hit by a car.
It started small with not wanting to cross the street and has now poured over into everything. Even daily thoughts of death.
My anxiety is affecting my physical health.
I want to fix this.
After a huge fight w/ the bf trying to not let anxiety get the best of me. I am strong and can overcome letting anxiety rule my life!
