I'm trying to reduce some serious anxiety I woke up with. I know I need to let go of yesterdays mistakes and happenings and be present in today.
Today I was focusing on positive self talk. posotive affirmations, Repeating a few mantras to myself that I am a good and worthy person and similiar things.
Today's been ok, too. I wasn't overly sad or anything and was somewhat productive. Go me.

Had a crapy day today. Confidence took a knock but hay ho have to get back up and progress some more. Eventually i will reach my goals. Livestrong Dudes(even when times are hard).K-Dog out.
What a week talk about ups and downs! At work get that feeling when its like you aren't actually there just looking in from the outside and for no specific reason.It's nuts! But on the whole things are going pretty well. You just have to battle on and make the most of what we have and try to improve day by day.Livestrong dudes! K-Dog out.
