work the night shift, so sometimes it's hard to get enough quality sleep during the day. but yesterday I manage to get about 6 good hours.

Enrolled my 20month old into daycare. Yesterday was his first day. what a relief, now I have time to do more chores and not feel all stressed out trying to do too many things at once.

Today being my first day I wasn't able to focus on my stress levels but Monday will be the true test as I have to go to school where I receive most of my stress.

I took a nice, relaxing bath with my soundscapes playing. Now I'm watching TV with my massage chair.

I have been doing so much to reduce my stress. Mostly I have been being open with people about how I feel, not keeping things locked up inside myself, trying to stay caught up with my school work and I have been sitting in a hot tub every night, occasionally with some aromatherapy stuff in the hot tub. My boyfriend also gives me back massages cause he's a sweety. So that's what I've been doing to reduce my stress.

I am so thankful for having this site as I learned a while ago a video related to stress and I know it will help me to get over..for now I am not feeling well...I have not eaten much for the past few days..hate to get sick for classes starts next and also for my duty..dont want to be ABSENT..
And for my Toinker, hope we are always fine..that is all I want to pray for our relationship..i love you Toinker..
