Honestly.. Yesterday I felt like I wanted to punch something with all the stress and anxiety I felt! I was so enraged about everything.. College, work, people driving to slow or to wacky even made me annoyed! But today I feel this huge relief of stress. May have to do with the fact that I have been eating very healthy today and feel great!

I tracked foods in advance so I could pack my lunch for today and try to meet my goals better at work. Baby steps : )Stress is so big in my life right now but my day will come.

My job is history, and was the biggest stress of my life. I feel so much better now, that it's gone. Phew. On to better and brighter days.

I prepared lunch for 3 days at once. Saving me time in the night to enjoy a book or movie with my kids!

I find that drinking tea instead of coffee and diet coke has really improved my energy and my stress levels. I recommend it :]

Staying up beat, not sweating the small stuff. Didn't even acknowledge the small stuff. I had a stress free day!

I am trying to visualize a person I work with as a tiny crying baby -- because that is all she is, a big cry bag!
