Planning ahead for time consuming activity, such as homemade cooking and baking, totally helps me stay away from unhealthy choices, especially when unexpected stress rears it's ugly head!

I have organized my personal finances, and appointments. I am up to date and know where everything is, and where i stand with these things.

I was stressed about finals and about my car's oil leak and it needing new tires and xmas presents for my family. I need to find something that will let me focus on the good.

Today I made a commitment to reduce stress for health reasons. I'm a 2 time brain cancer survivor, just moved into a new house, dealing with some family issues and don't even get me started with the stress of work, but I've got to learn how to control stress and not let it control me or it's literally going to kill me! So going to bed with some positive thoughts!
