Walking my dog on the nature trail always helps put me back in balance and feel less stressed

Just got back from a 3.5 mile walk on the nature trail. Not only did I focus on working out but also reducing stress... a win win combination.

I Currently a college student and it is the week before finals. I tend to not know how to deal with my stressors . I have been on a weight loss journey this semester; - 20 lb.. However I have suffered a hip injury and working out is my stress relief.I have gained three pound this week because of my stress levels; I need to de-stress. It will help me now and in the long run !

I am desperately need to reduce stress, but I don't know any techniques or what I should do. Anything I could do that would help relax me?

meditation, yoga, walking outside all help. Also, if you drink a lot of caffeine start cutting back.

Crafts always help me.. or just house cleaning.. not because you have to, but because you want to :)
Good luck.

Ways to help me reduce stress is crocheting, finishing a project makes me forget about reasons i started crocheting to reduce my stress in the first place :)

Stress reduction is going well with the possibility of finding a job soon and Erika coming to Jackson with me.

By brida0114 on April 24, 2012 at 04:57 PM

Exams are killing me, I am constantly zoning out, I try to focus and I am unable to. I am taking my stress out on my BF which is definitely not fair to him. I'm trying not to, but sometimes I can't control it. Not such a good day :(

got a little stressed today when receiving my bill for my summer courses at school, but a good run and a small core workout accompanied by some yoga really relaxed me and I was able to see that its not the end of the world and school is my number one priority

Headed to workout now.. I need to use time management better. So I won't be stressed. Plus just say no!! I don't have to do everything. Today I will done what needs to be done today!! I will not take thought for tomorrow for tomorrow has it's own duties...

I just took this dare, it is finals time for school and I usually stress out so much that I take all of my frustration out on my boyfriend. I am committed to this dare and will reduce my stress

By hatchama47 on April 16, 2012 at 10:45 PM

I just took this dare, but I am committed to make it possible because with each running step I take, my self motivation rises. As a teen I am excited to take care of my health in a more active way. :-)

I've found that the best way for me to relieve stress is to either exercise or have sex.
My man doesn't seem to mind. :P
