well by tracking my food I see I am eating to many carbs....I need to find out what is a good carb intake.
Now for some organization to reduce some of this unneeded stress.
Planning ahead for time consuming activity, such as homemade cooking and baking, totally helps me stay away from unhealthy choices, especially when unexpected stress rears it's ugly head!
I have organized my personal finances, and appointments. I am up to date and know where everything is, and where i stand with these things.

Today I made a commitment to reduce stress for health reasons.
