3 hours of sleep, awaken at 2AM to prepare training material ... tough and long day ... things started to pile on ... almost brought me to tears in the evening ... really need some rest!

i noticed today I am starting to lose hair again, which means I am too stressed again, but cannot figure out WHY--so I am daring MYSELF to become less stressed

YA. I recently asked to change my work schedule so I wouldnt be working so random hours. for example, open one day at 6am, close the next day until 11pm. and no more "clopenings" Ive never even heard of that word until I started orking for Whole Foods. So now its all opening shifts.

I'm just starting my day out, however I do work today and I am priming myself for a stress free day by focusing on my patience and how I can't change how things are, but I can change on how I react to things.

I was bound and determined to make it a good day and did quite well until 3/4 into the work day the stress and actions of others had me in tears. I don't know why I let others get to me the way I do. So going to give this another shot tomorrow and TGIF!!

I don't know what others are struggling with but I am having a hard time. I am extremely stressed with my fiancee becoming ill and requiring various surgeries. He can not work for the time being and my life has become all about going to work and taking care of him and all other household chores. I am exhausted physically and mentally and I am just too young to feel this way. I know that he is on the road to recovery and it will be another several months till life start to look a bit more like it used to. In the mean time I need to learn to de-stress.

How funny that is - when I feel that I was in control of my emotions and worked on not letting anything to bug me, I feel like I just didn't give a about anything ... Hmmmm ... not really the feeling I was expecting to get ... Gotta work on the difference!

Slept in today. Woke up feeling refreshed. Prayed when I was stressed about my flat tire. My boyfriend is coming to visit me tonight and he will hopefully keep my stress levels down while i work homework tonight.
