I am new to this group and this is my 1st post. For some reason as of late I have succombed to my frustrations and aggavations and have been allowing my anger to show more and more by the day. I near got into a fist fight with a friend/co-worker over an accidental push during a basketball game today. That tells me I really need to chill. Last week was particularly bad for me. I am usually able to relax enough over the weekend for things not to carry over but no such luck this past weekend. It seems like even the smallest things that don't go my way push me to explode these days. Not sure what to do. I workout regularly and that doesn't help. I guess I should research some meditation techniques or something. It helps sometimes for me to get to the root of my problems if I write about what I feel...hence this post. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

So far today is not a very relaxing day. My cousin got sick because she stayed up too late, the tire in my bike popped, I'm heading to the in-laws, and I'm just not doing a great job and releasing my stress.
Oddly enough, I'm reducing my stress by trying to do more. Like I plan to join a website my mother-in-law told me about flylady.com. It sets up a cleaning schedule for you where you only do a little each day so that your house never becomes too cluttered. I'm also taking dares to help me get on the right track to life, hopefully I can get friends and family to sign up for a couple with me so that I have a support group. Then I'm also trying to get a job so that I can get rid of debt which is a HUGE stress.
today, I gave priority to my emotional/mental well-being by refusing to allow stress to enter my life. I avoided a stressful phone call by simply ignoring it and relaxing, bringing ease and a piece of mind.
I have a horrible time with stress at work. My job really shouldn't be too stressful, but my coworkers are very irresponsible and I just can't count on them to get things done when they say they will. I don't know how to handle THAT kind of stress. Find a new job?!
I am having that exact issue! Work is stressing me out wayy more than it needs to. But I need the financial stability!
You aren't the only one who does that. Me too, I do get irrateted for small reasons. Let's change that :) xo
I am keeping my work space less cluttered, exercising more, and eating better. Today was a good day!

Everything's sorting itself out. I shouldn't be so myself. Nobody's perfect!
Just chug on with life and there's no need for stress!
