Pigged out before dinner yesterday, but I was good after dinner, next time I really want something I'll just have some coffee. I'm going to lose it this weekend though. :)
I gained today, but that is because I pigged out yesterday, but that's okay, that was my day of the week to treat myself so I just need to be a little more careful when I do. :)
increased by half an inch b/c of eating too much/too many calories. need to get myself under control by eating healthier, less and getting more fit :D :D :P
I currently have a 36 inch waist and would like to get it down to a 31 - 32 inch waist. I have high blood pressure so I'm hoping this will make a big difference.
I am starting this challenge today. My waist size is 44.5 today. Goal is 30. I have 14 1/2 inches to lose. It feels like a steep mountain to climb!
It's not as steep as you think! Keep your chin up. You can do it =]
Don't worry, give it time - when I started I was 42 inches and I'm down to 37 now. I've still got a way to go, and at times it seemed like it would never shift - keep going though, it is worth it and you can do it :-)

have a 37''-37.5'' waist, pear body type,am overweight by about 10 lbs/1'',want to get down to a 35'' waist by not binging/binging purging/overeating,being active/working out and tracking what I eat.dont have a deadline for the weight loss but dont want to have a diet mentality about it :D :P.having a serving size of sweets instead of binging on them will be the hardest :/ but doable. :D :P
