This is new for me. Actually DARING myself to RELAX. Sounds like an oxymoron, but okay, I will try anything at this point! I have failed miserably so far today. Actually, I failed miserably by 7AM. Ended up taking a valium at 10. At least I lasted that long...

Feeling down, trying to lose weight. I have become obsessed with this, but no results. Every time I go somewhere people treat me different. I went to TGIF for dinner with my family and requested a salad. They brought me back a half head of lettuce (whole) and threw some cheese on it. I demanded to see the manager and request another "real" salad. Getting tired of being treated like this. I try to relax and sometimes I can, but now I am frustrated.

I didnt find a parking space today for almost 20 minutes. However, I put on my Ipod that reminded me of my recent vacation and the stress escaped. Later today, I will catch a movie and get to bed by 11ish.

Ultimately, my goal will be complete once I have a steady schedule that allows time for relaxing, work, family and loved ones. To be continued..

I have been pretty relaxed today and that is amazing considering we had a big meeting today. I believe yoga class last night helped me to be relaxed today.

I am hoping my yoga class this evening will reduce stress which will enable me to relax .

Monday - Saturday are gym days, so I am making Sunday my R&R day. I'm thinking every Sunday I do... Hot yoga, mani/pedi, massage, facial... somthing fun and yet relaxing for just me.
