I didn't realize how many calories are in the so called healthy choices at fast food restaurants! My first step will be to avoid eating out! yikes!
starting a ~1200 cal diet tomorrow and going to do a salt flush once a week.no more coffee,no more sweets/treats and a more definite workout plan.after that I just want to get back down to my weight before I gained so muc weight from excessive eating and b/p and then have a healthy lifestyle but still try to lose weight my dream weight is about 110-115 lbs. :)

in order to make up for the 3 binge and purge episodes calorie wise I've had so far this month I'm going to have about 800 a day and exercise an hour a day. I'm going to do this for the rest of this month and then just have a healthy lifestyle and get to a healthy weight.
not sure how i want "to make up for the binging/gaining weight" diet wise. could fast 2 days a week for 4 weeks straight,create a deficit of 3200 cals bringing my total cal to about 500 a day for one week or simply lose all the weight i gained plus some;am thinking im going to opt for losing all the weight i gained plus as much as i can.
going to track my food and eat pretty healthy but dont restrict {calories to an unhealthy amount or restrict food groups}.NO SWEETS. am going to find restauraunts that have safe healthy food b/c having "unsafe food" triggers b/p'ing or make food myself at home and try new things!! calorie limit is 1250
i post on here too much :( eh oh well,my 2011 new years resolution? to lose as much weight as i possibly can.ESPECIALLY IF I AM UNDERWEIGHT BUT NOT BY TOO MUCH.
1st day no sweets,water instead of coffee/tea,low fat healthy balanced vegetarian/vegan diet. 1200-1250 cals a day.not hard.also try to get my sleep schedule back on track and to start excercising again,as i lose weight ill adjust the goals,etc.ill start eating meat again when i lose 2 inches off my waist,ill just continue to have a healthy lifestyle except for when i treat myself once in a while.
im going to make it my new years resolution to lose 2 inches off my waist {about 15 pounds},am going to eat 1200-1250 cals a day and have junk food/sweets once in a while and a normal amount but thats it.going to take 3 months probably b/c the first month ive heard doesnt really count b/c it takes time for your body to adjust.
I think I really need some encouragement from others. Who would like to do this flavour for me, please?

Today I do stick to the plan with many attractive challenges. First of all, today is day 1 of my diet plan, but I got a Guest Lecture about Whisky at school. In this lecture, we had to taste 6 different types of Whisky from light to strong. How difficult it is for me in this situation because following this diet means no alcohol or any things related to alcohol. Therefore, I quit the tasting process, and only keeping the accessing the apperance ans smell of those whiskies. I could still write down the tasting assessment from others' and teacher's point of view. The next challenge was that when I went shopping to buy winter gifts for my friends. OMG, I saw many delicious foods and drinks in the department stores and food stores along the main street in down town. This happened at around 5pm when my stomach kept making many noises since I have not gotten any thing to eat today, but only my master leanse drinks. However, I won this time, unlike other times before. Next challenge was at my friends' house, they invited me for an amazing dinner they already prepared as they had knew that I would visit them this evening. Unfortunately, I had to make many excuses to refuse having dinner with them. Now, I am just at home from the gym. Feel tired and sleepy, but I still have to do assignment. Decline is before 12.00 tomorrow. OMG, that means I can not sleep tonight in order to make it done. Think about this later. Now I enjoy a cup of green tea while noting down all the things happen to my diet plan today. Not sure if I am going to make it successful like today again tomorrow, but I try my best!!!
I already bought all the necessary ingredients for this diet enough for the planned period. Before, I never did complete any diet plan and achieved my dream weight because of lack self-motivation and support from others. Now, I have my strong motivation at this moment, so I am sure I an going to make it work tomorrow. However, I am very appreciate if someone support me or at least dare me to make my dare completely. This will keep me being through this period happily.

I dare to take the Master Cleanse diet at least 14 days up to 21 days. I can definitely make it work on me. I am so excitedly looking forward to see the result after this diet. I want to challenge myself this time by seriously commit to this plan. Also, I want to test this diet if it is really working effectively like many people said on the internet.
starting today, im going to have half a plate for dinner tonight, without pudding.
For breakfast, i will have weetabix, and for a snack some plain riveta, i am going to start excercising more including cycling and walking! hope this works well for me!!

i love the book skinny and its authors of course also.ive never felt healthier before going back to being harcore vegan and working out on a daily basis well that and instead of just bein vegan im also following their diet/lifestyle changes but not organic and still have daily coffee ill get back down to 137 in no time and then also continue to lose weight before i stabilize at a size 3 or 4 {bout 115/120 i think}.just dont want to get too thin but b/c im making it a point to follow their lifestyle as just that a lifestyle if i do become thinner than 115 as long as im at least 110 or so im happy. ^_^
