i have felt pretty good. i thought cutting sugar out would be way harder but so far so good. and i haven't even had a drink at work (sbux) this week!
i have been watching what i eat and entering into the online journal to keep track. amazing how many calories you can eat if you're not paying attention.
Spent 13 hours in the car returning from holiday vacation. Ate a ton of junk food. Diet starts tomorrow.

i stuck to my diet today. I also ate at california pizza kitchen but checked the calories before ordering.
