OK, I'm going to start this dare. How to I get the info on the diet? Is there a book I need?

By shammrock68 on September 7, 2009 at 03:56 PM

yes

cj there is also a BLD group and if you go to my profile page you can click on it from there. Seems to be a bit more activity..

Glad that you are listening to the Book. It is actually very easy to do. Phase One is about cutting out six things from your diet and increasing your activity level.

Thanks! I'll take a look at that. I just ordered a new i-Pod. I'm so excited. Believe it or not I've been carrying around my CD player in my hand. It's really fashionable! :)

I just bought the Bob Green book on CD and am walking and listening to it. I found this group today and thought this is for me! I need to learn more about the diet to see if I actually did stick to the diet today, but I'll say yes.

I've beeen doing very well on my step count, I have hit over 11,000 steps now for 3 days in a row!! and only 6,000 yesterday wich by the way is my target goal... hmmm maybe time to reajust my goal......

ipaqgps how are you doing?!!!

By ipaqgps on July 31, 2009 at 09:44 AM

Horrray BonBON!!!!! I am so happy you are here!! I am using a pedometer for somethings. It just likes to fall off of my pants.. Have a makeshift lanyard for it now so I won't lose it but that only works if I have a belt loop...Hey I could use a safety pin to hold it on... See I have Issues!!!

I am holding on with the Diet. Breakfas I got in and it seems that it is hard for me to get into right away.. Then I put eating off and then rush to get the calories in me... Oh well it is only the real second week so not to worry!!!

By BonBon65 on July 31, 2009 at 04:50 PM

LOL, the pedometer falls off my pants too, so I bought a cell phone holder with a nice BIG clip!! now it doesn't fall off : )
WOW today with all my erands and my 20 min on the mill I'm over 10,000 (10,329) steps!!!! and just think it's only 7:48 pm!! maybe I'll hit 11,000....?

By wild-tiger on December 6, 2009 at 11:27 PM

Don't know if it will help, but i clip my pedometer to my shoe laces, I haven't lost it yet. :)

By BonBon65 on July 31, 2009 at 05:06 AM
