Im hoping to loose at least 30pnd. I keep gaining weight every week and dont know what to do. I need a set meal and someone that can tell me what to eat every day. I love Bread but it seems everything I touch has carbs.

Watched Dr. Roisen's You on a Diet Video... it helped explain some things... there's more to the 30 minute walk than exercise. Didn't really know about the chemical changes associated with walking and fiber.

No, but am just beginning and have dinner party tonight - tomorrow will begin for real.

Reading Part 2... didn't really understand how sleep, exercise, etc affected hormones and chemicals for appetite and metabolism until now!

Just found website, will actually begin tomorrow

I'm doing pretty well about tracking my food. The Daily Plate is one of the easiest trackers I've used. That helps a lot.

I didn't feel the best but I was able to get in my 30 minutes. Felt better afterward.

I think I did well. I'm just starting out and reading the book. One by one, I'm incorporating changes until I get to the section where you begin "You on a Diet".
