OK, I need to loose 25 lbs before summer so I am taking the dare! I am 5'6, 160lbs. I have four children and I am 30 years old. I have an 8-10 hour a day desk job, which makes it a little harder, but I am determined.

It is 7:18 on Monday, I have not clue what I am doing but I have to get out of this slump and finish what I started last summer. My husband had this site saved in his favorites so I was curious and decided I would give it a try.

I've already started this diet. I'm on week 4 day 2 of the 12 week program.

Yes, worked out this morning. Cardio. Have eaten twice so far today and have only consumed about 500 calories.

I've been on a heart disease diet, low fat, low sodium, low cholesterol diet since almost dying 21 Feb 2009 and weighed 170 and my blood pressure was extremely high. Now my BP is normal and I weigh 141 lbs! I didn't think I could do it but I did and I'm maintaining the weight loss thru healthy eating and exercise. Yay for me and you!

Hey Everyone...
My name is Kim and I'm starting the body for life diet today. I'm excited, but a little nervous. I'm an expect living in Baku, Azerbaijan. Food here is unpredictable (can never plan meals ahead) and difficult to find. On the other hand, vegetables and produce are all fresh...no preservatives here...you end up buying stuff that was just butchered that day or picked from farm teh day before.

Anyways, I just watned to say Hi. My husband did this diet a few years back and has been trying to get me to try it for 2 years now. Wish me luck!

I started this goal last week too. I'm planning each day's meals either the night before or in the morning.

Ate a little bit too much. I ran out of food at home and so I to go out to eat for dinner. I still did pretty good, but ate a little bit too much for my evening snack.

Did good yesterday. The scale is definitely recognizing my efforts.

Followed the diet very closely. I may have over snacked by a tiny tiny smidgen, but I am not worried about it.

It seems I am the only one tracking my progress on this diet, but that is OK, because I am making great head way. So far I have lost about 3 lbs in a week. 11 more weeks to go. This diet has been awesome so far. If I have a chance at following a diet forever, this is the one.

Good for you! I've lost 30 lbs in 4 months following a heart healthy diet and exercise. Consider yourself patted on the shoulder for your progress.

I didn't stick with it on Sunday. I didn't eat horribly, but I kind of let my free day continue from Saturday. Oh well, I will do better next week.

Another great day. I just love this diet. I tell everyone that will listen about this diet. I don't think this diet gets enough publicity.

Hey guys. I am getting back onto the body for life program again. I fell off when i quit smoking. It was hard to do both at the same time. I had great success before so I am anxious to do it again. I officially start this Sunday, but I unofficially already started. See you guys at the finish line.

Onto the 2nd week. I call this the hard lard stage. I am gaining muscle, but haven't burned much fat yet. Just keep going

By MrsHalasima on September 15, 2009 at 02:04 PM

i'm on the 4th week and i still haven't lost much weight but i am seeing a difference in the mirror. I look leaner and am gaining muscle weight so its counterbalancing right now, I think! A little frustrated!!
