I'm new to this dare. After running for quite awhile now, I am not seeing much change on the scale. This bums me out. :( So, I decided to try to follow WW. I did it a few years ago and lost 40lbs in 3 months, just following the plan! No exercise. So, I figure it should help with my exercising now. (At least I hope so!)
I do need accountability though. That's why I signed up for this dare. Hopefully needing to track it everyday will keep me in check. :)
Hey everybody new to the site. Started today on weight watchers online been on the program before last year before I met my Hubby since then kinda packed on the pounds trying to get the family back on track 30lbs gain in a year not good
Feeling really motivated today!! Have FGC tonight so will find out if the last week of "starvation" is paying off.
Me too! I am doing this one on my own though. I have tons of information and books from the past 10 times I attended. I have the info and plan to get my encouragement here on livestrong. Wish you the best of success with your dare.
out of my 26 regular points and my 4 extra points for exercising i used all 30 points but did not go into the flex points which is a good thing.
I've a long way to go, but have been doing it for a year now. I'm not as strict as I should be, but so far I've lost 40 pounds. I have about another 80 to lose.
Way to go. Are you on WW? I am and have lost 23lbs since Jan. It confuses me a bit but I will continue. I too have about 80lbs left to lose. Maybe we could support one another. Do you have any great advice?
HOw are people liking it?
IT was presented for the first time at our meeting tonight. I was not very impressed.
I am doing the FLex plan but mostly I am using TDP to eat less calories. My little card board calculator got all wet in a rain storm and no longer works. DO you think they;ll give me another? I mean I pay $13 to use their scale...its the least they can do, right?

I'm halfway through the day and I've managed to plan my breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks and count my points. I have a pretty good idea of what I'm eating for dinner, after I get to the gym after work, so I know I'll stay on track. I actually feel motivated, this is Day 4 this week.
