Starting the path to 200 situps. Initial test had me huffing and puffing way too soon.

Starting my own personal boot camp today; number one of my list of things to do, TONE UP! (abs) Then I have RPM class!

Did about 100 reps on an ab roller today as well as going to a cardio class that made us do some abs :)

Anyone do planks on a ball? What about a bosu? Just when you start to master one thing, there's always a way to make the plank more exciting.. and by exciting, I mean a sweat-inducing, self doubt creating, core-stabilizing workout component.

By ivanabskinny on September 17, 2011 at 11:11 PM

I use the bosu. It hurts so good:) Crunches dont really work for me. Leg lifts are amazing too. Pike then when I can't do anymore just lift. Starting to see definition and the infamous "V"

50 incline board situps, along with other stuff. Six months ago, I was lucky to get through 10. Deciding to do crunches on my living room floor a few months ago is paying off big-time!

Back after about a month of slacking. Have no excuses. 100 crunches.
