I didn't do an arm workout today, but tomorrow I plan to do a 35 minute weights workout. Any tips? I'd like to focus on triceps!
Going to go use my 5 lb weights right now.
My gym class also tones (everything!) with weights, so this will be every other day (the days i don't have class) and weekends.
