Did leg abductions and calve raises today.. along with waiting tables and walking the dog. not much but better than nothing!
I brisk walk for 20mins and did 25squats...Hoping to run/walk 3-4miles this evening and do leg presses..
i did denise austins fat blasting yoga and yoga body burn to focus on toning my lower body hopefully in three weeks as the dvd said. combined i did 50min of fat burning yoga today!

Took my initial test for twohundredsquats.com today. 40! Woohoo! I'll start wk 1 on Sunday the 15th.
No time for a workout today but am still able to do 10 - 20 squats each time I used the ladies room at work. I'm shooting for 60 - 80 squats by the end of the day.
Starting this afternoon with 4 mile walk lake trail near my house. Will also try to do some lunges afterwards.
Went to RehabGym today for PT. My trainer, while a sweety, is a drill sergeant. Who knew that PT could be the hardest workouts I've ever done?

FROG SQUATS!! If you don't know what they are, YouTube it. They definitely work but are very easy on the knees which is my problem with regular squats. I love them!
