Kind of foolish to keep this dare running while I'm getting up before 4am to go to work, I'll start the dare up again after the lobster season.

I'm already up too late. But, if I go to bed now I can be up by 7a.m. That's all I need for a good nights sleep and a great day tomorrow.

I've been forcing myself to wake up between 630am and 7am. Difficult because some nights I play music until 1. But I love waking up early and making breakfast for my wife and I and then starting the day. Usually with a 3 mile mostly uphill canyon run.

Today is Sunday so I got up @ 8:30, but most weekdays I'm up @ 5am. Most of the time I go back to bed, but this past week I want to get back into the flow of going to the gym @ 6am again. I went one time, last Tuesday. Lets see if this up coming week I can make it at least 3 times...

5:00 am this morning I woke to the sound of my cell alarm. Instead of hitting the snooze alarm I have an app that will only turn the alarm off if I solve two math problems. Nice little way to wake up and also get the mind going. Grabbed my gear and I was off to the gym for laps in the pool.

K. This just isn't happening for me. I cannot get my behind to bed early enough to get up early. I know it's because I'm eating late at night (dinner at 8pm usually) & then watching TV. Gotta break the cycle....HELP!!!!
