K. This just isn't happening for me. I cannot get my behind to bed early enough to get up early. I know it's because I'm eating late at night (dinner at 8pm usually) & then watching TV. Gotta break the cycle....HELP!!!!
It's the weekend so waking up at 9 is early for me lol. I also went to bed at 3.. Watching tv. I know I know, shame on me.
Bit late to bed and the little kitty had a lie in too. Half 10 today. Back at work tonight so 6am tomorrow
Stayed up too late to really get up early. But I fgiured it was better than lying there sleepless and still wanting to sleep in in the morning.
Ah-January...a chance to start fresh...today was up at 6am...a miracle for me. Let's see if I can't push it back more...I want to be able to make the 5:45am spinning class....lol
Got up early @ 5am and just relaxed this morning, watched a couple shows dvr'd, after making breakfast for my husband, cooked for myself sat down and enjoyed the morning. Now 7:30 getting ready for a nice long hot shower! I don't have to be at work until 9:30 so this early morning really gives me time to focus on myself. Tomorrow back to the gym by 6am. This morning has been nice though. =)
Got up pretty early for a weekend, 7:30am and went to a local diner for breakfast, good start to the day
5am today! Sleeping in tomorrow, off day from the gym, I'll still get up at 5 and make breakfast for my husband, but may go back to bed until 7:30...or maybe I'll stay up...we'll see.
