Slept through the mornign workout! Just found this dare, though, and maybe Monday I will report a 5:30 morning.
bad new morning habit of checking email from bed. i'm awake, but i need to GET UP and do things so i'm not rushing and rushing the kids onto the bus. come on, me. Get with it!
My goal is waking up at 7:00 to have time to get prepared for school and relax. I usually get up at 8:00, but on weekends I don't do it until 12:00 :(
Got up about 8 today, I like to get up at 6 to have an easy morning, have breakfast and get my yoga in before the day begins but it rarely happens.

I am not a morning person... this is gonna be hard for me...any advice...
