Essentially, brain exercise consists of stimulating nerve cells, activating new brain circuits and enhancing neurotrophin production. A fit and healthy brain will help reduce your chances of neurological disease, such as Alzheimer's, and will help you retain more of your memories as well as your physical and mental abilities. Mental exercises, attention exercises and brain games are tools that can increase the function of your brain and keep it in top condition.

This must be working! I have halved my time in solving codebreaker and am also taking on a very complicated tutorial in Paint Shop Pro.
Something new for the computer Squirlz that makes animated water, rain snow on photos. Learning that.
That sounds like fun!
2 hour review session with Steve. Seems we're both ready for USMLE on diseases of childhood and infancy.
Went to Big City 5.5 hours travel time to see Impressionist Exhibition. Fed my need for beauty and creativity.
Studying right now... I have to admit, I've never had so much anxiety about a test before, but the USMLE step 1 is very daunting.
Can't avoid this dare... I'm a teacher, I'm a medical student, and I'm active. This dare's a no brainer (pun intended) for me.

oops. Meant this one yesterday. Mounted my bicycle on the Minoura (bad weather) and watched USMLE review videos while riding my bike.
