I turned 40 and my waist keeps growing and growing! Trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and exercise more reguarly rather than in fits and starts. would love to love 5 inches in my waist.
I'm between a size 12 and 14 - I haven't measured myself but that is what I wear in dress pants US.
I'm a college grad who FINALLY has a steady job and is starting a fitness routine. I've always been very curvy and happy with my body, however, I have two weddings coming up AND a trip to Las Vegas...and despite my love, security, and acceptance of my 5'3'' 169lb, (mostly) hourglass body, I find myself a bit queasy thinking of the obnoxiously gorgeous and fit creatures I will be traveling with! I think its time to set a (modest yet achievable) goal and get my bootylicious bod in gear! Who's with me??
My husband is deployed. He is coming home at the end of March and I have gained ten pounds since he left. I just want to be looking good when he comes home to visit. I begged him for a treadmill and he bought me the Livestrong LS 10.0T, SO much nicer then I could have hoped for! I've been neglecting it though, after assuring him I would use it every day. I just want to feel good about myself, and look good for him!! I'm committing myself to this goal!
I've never been very overweight. But I do want a tone and stronger body. My work is physicality demanding and I want to have energy for other things. I'm about to get married in June. I would love to have to body I've always wanted with my new life.
What is the best way to lose 17 inches off your waist!
I hate my stomach so much you have no idea but I don't know where to begin!
It is 37.5 inches and I am only 20 and 5ft 5 size 14 to 16 UK. :(
I'd love to lose 5 inches from my waist in 21 days! Also, I'd love to strengther my ab's in order to create a mosre stable core :)
I'm not seeing the waist size drop along with the weight. Perhaps it's time to work in some muscle building exercise, instead of depending on diet and cardio to do the work...
would love to get rid of 10" of my waist before next year when I turn 50. one year from tomorrow. In 21 days i just hope to see a little change
Still not seeing any size drop on my waist, but feeling much better, and my husband says I look skinnier, so thats something :)
How on earth did that happen? Last time I measured my waist, just a few months ago, it was 37. So I guess my goal is to get back to where I started. Sigh.
Whoohoo this is my ultimate goal to loose my not so little awkward gut! I have had two babies, the youngest is now 3 1/2 and I ready to attach the belly bulge. Yippie... I choose to conquer it without retreat. let's go.
It's the same road, but a different colour...lost almost 10 lbs so far. not too shabby! Wish I had the barre class last night, I rather then talk with the teach about another project( no one else was there haha ), however, there were some great ideas that came out of that talk ( interpretive dancing). ANyways, time to keep pushing!
Took my weekly measurements, lost 2 inches off the waist and 1 inch of each thigh. Not a bad start!

waist line 32 inches weight 70 kgs will trim it down to 29 inches but the weight will be the same since some muscles will be added
