i cant figure out how to create a dare... maybe its not an option... but if it were... i would dare myself and others to tell their spouse "i love you" on a daily basis... at least once a day i will try to tell my wife that i love her... we've been married ten years, and have two beautiful, healthy children aged 4 and 7... in many ways we have lost touch with the intimate, romantic, loving side of our relationship with each other... the daily grind is becoming unhealthy our interpersonal relationship... she has told me that she feels unwanted by me, not attractive to me, and not loved... i do want her, she is attractive, and i love her... i suppose a step in the right direction would be to tell her that i love her on a daily basis... i start tomorrow...

The act of giving can indeed work miracles. Livestrong creates the dares too btw.

Our family spend time tonight making homemade pizza and answering questions from a fun questions pack my hubby got. It was a lot of fun for all of us just being able to sit together and chit chat. Plus the pizza was awesome. We all made our own personal pan pizzas.

It was limited, but I did spend some time - got Hallowe'en costumes sorted out. And we're going to visit my dad for the weekend!

My husband works out of town all week. Our sons are 11 and 9. Both in football right now.I go with them to football practice and watch from the sidelines. Even practice alittle bit at home with them.

Taking a 1.5 walk after dinner with the kids to 7-11. They will be rewarded with a treat.

This is pretty much a dare to call family members each week and become more active in their lives.

Spending time with the kids is something I want to do more every week. Tonight I am taking them to dinner.

So many of us sometimes feel "too busy" to exercise and at the same time wish we could spend more time with our families. Well the good news is, you can do both-exercise AND spend time with your spouse and kids all at the same time. Make family exercise time a staple in your home. Not only will it keep the whole family healthy, it will help nurture an intense bod between all members of the family!

Now that school has started it's nice to get to see the kids for a few minutes before I go to work. During the summer I let them sleep in so I don't see them in the morning. It's just a few minutes, but it's nice.
