By hari008 on February 10, 2012 at 01:50 AM

Found it very tough on Day1 as we had steep climbs , 1.7 kms over the route and a total distance of 107 kms .Day 2 we rested and moved to the next point by a bus ,some of us cycled a short while .On day 3 & 4 we were the plains although there were us and downs and some long climbs .We covered 60 kms on day3 and 85 kms on day 4 .Heat, humidity and heavy traffic were a problem .Over all it was a very enjoyable trip .

its my day off from Insanity and weights. So I rode the stationary bike for 10 miles, 30min.

Ran 2.5 miles at 1% incline on the treadmill and then swam 50 laps.

Then enjoyed a delicious dinner of homemade baked tandoori chicken and a big ol' salad. :)

Hey guys, I like the concept of taking "the dare" & then having the opportunity to post your day's work for review by other members.

So I'm going to give weight loss a shot & should be a regular on this site for the next 3 months if not more.

Look forward to hearing everyone's success stories as well as sharing my own.

3.8 Km brisk walk/run. The fast pace was not intentional....but it was flippin' cold out. Loved it! (except for the runny nose)

I just started working out regularly about 3 weeks ago! I have noticed a difference in my mental well-being! I am way more motivated then I have been! I want to get back into the shape I was in in high school! However my main focus is my torso (abs, sides, love handles)and toning it! HELP!

By nudzejma on February 9, 2012 at 01:32 PM

I did 30 to 60 min cardio (different kinds) 3 to 4 times a week and did some portion control - stuff started melting all over including love handles ;) I'm beginning to see some muscle definition on my legs and arms, abs will get there - it takes more time since there was more weight on that part of my body. Try combining weight lifting with your cardio routines. Hope I helped a bit...

30 min step aerobics and 30 min combination of squats and abs exercises - this is now third day in a row :) I didn't post for the first... I'm very pleased with my self so far. Tomorrow is a rest day
