Today I did Passion4Profession Workouts for Abs level 3 and Chest level 1 (20min)
Later I went and ran two laps around holcom park approx. 1 mile (10-15 min)
At night I lifted 5lb. weights in various workouts (15min)
DH/Freeride @ Great Bear....no wrecks and no flats.....that's a plus, or maybe not pushing hard enough.....you be the judge.
i would gladly be the judge....if i knew what DH/Freeride meant?

2 laps carry das sandbag--sandbag weighs around 31 pounds:-)

I love to bike early in the morning. Some Chinese friends tell me that is bad, but I believe the air is better (less polluted) and it fires me up for the day ahead.
