Wow! How did you do hari?
Found it very tough on Day1 as we had steep climbs , 1.7 kms over the route and a total distance of 107 kms .Day 2 we rested and moved to the next point by a bus ,some of us cycled a short while .On day 3 & 4 we were the plains although there were us and downs and some long climbs .We covered 60 kms on day3 and 85 kms on day 4 .Heat, humidity and heavy traffic were a problem .Over all it was a very enjoyable trip .
That's really neat!
Ran 2.5 miles at 1% incline on the treadmill and then swam 50 laps.
Then enjoyed a delicious dinner of homemade baked tandoori chicken and a big ol' salad. :)
Wow it has been a long day, I did 60 minute workout with my trainer then I went and did a track workout with my tri club for 1.5 hours. My legs are sore.
29 X 1 min/15 sec rest running stairs and (60)24kg KB swings
wearing 21+ weight vest
stretches......nice:-)
2.5 miles on treadmill. 1 mile on elliptical. 40 dips, 60 pushups, 3 sets of 10 dumbbell curls and 100 sit-ups.
Had a good ride today 21 miles took 1:21:21 a little slow but can improve as long i stay focused.
Hey guys, I like the concept of taking "the dare" & then having the opportunity to post your day's work for review by other members.
So I'm going to give weight loss a shot & should be a regular on this site for the next 3 months if not more.
Look forward to hearing everyone's success stories as well as sharing my own.
3.8 Km brisk walk/run. The fast pace was not intentional....but it was flippin' cold out. Loved it! (except for the runny nose)
You won't need the Kleenex in a few weeks:-)
i might....be crying cuz it's too hot. lol
and 8 days to be exact....but who's counting.
lol--never happy! :-)
And 8 days...super:-)
Absolutely!!!
Welcome to the new, healthier you!
That's Great!!!! Good Job!
Sure is! Keep it up :)

I just started working out regularly about 3 weeks ago! I have noticed a difference in my mental well-being! I am way more motivated then I have been! I want to get back into the shape I was in in high school! However my main focus is my torso (abs, sides, love handles)and toning it! HELP!
I did 30 to 60 min cardio (different kinds) 3 to 4 times a week and did some portion control - stuff started melting all over including love handles ;) I'm beginning to see some muscle definition on my legs and arms, abs will get there - it takes more time since there was more weight on that part of my body. Try combining weight lifting with your cardio routines. Hope I helped a bit...
30 min step aerobics and 30 min combination of squats and abs exercises - this is now third day in a row :) I didn't post for the first... I'm very pleased with my self so far. Tomorrow is a rest day
