I am starting to look into a heart rate monitor. Any suggestions? I have seen some that are just the watch, and then the more traditional ones with the chest strap. Women's vs. unisex? Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

The swimming pool at La Coque Kirchberg Luxembourg is the best and and for the first time in our lives we are swimming regulary twice a week. Feeling great and much better for it. New life in this country is physically doing me some good. Feeling good and proud.

I'm going dancing later, and since there's no realistic way I'd choose to measure how much of the time I'm dancing, I'm going to say that out of the three and a half hours there, I'm doing about 60 minutes of dancing. So, considered today tracked! (line dancing)

When I go to the bar and dance all night, I call that my cardio because I seriously dance for like 3 hours and it's fun and I know I'm sweating a storm! Dancing is like my weekend workout :P

By ise74 on November 19, 2009 at 10:42 PM

Had one of those workouts where you end up on the ground in a pool of your own sweat...........damn it felt good. Going to celebrate my 35th B-day on the 20th with a workout that will kick my arse !!!!!
