I am taking today off for recovery as someone suggested my "fitness wheel" may be out of balance and I kind of strained my back yesterday.
Planning on going for a 45 minute bikeride tonight. Posting now because I don't think I will have access to a computer tonight.. Didn't do any sort of exercise for the past 2 days so i'm ready to get out there and move!
10 laps on the track dragging the rope--this is a heck of workout:-o

Day 1 of a new start. Exercised 35 mins today. Included stretching, cardio, jogging. Feeling Good about myself. Hope to keep up with the commitment.
