Walked 1.2 KM for 20 minutes. Done for today. Need to get a pedometer to be sure of the number of steps. :)
been walking at least every other day either at work on my lunch or at home after dinner. I have been riding my bike everyday though
11110 a little shy of yesterday. 'bout an hour walking back yard 'circuit' ~~ rest just 'out 'n' about' shopping etc.etc.
13145 by 8:30 PM ~~ can't keep up with 'shepstuff' every day ~~~BUT every once inna while...........
