Hi Irina
Glad you are back! I've been in Texas with my daughter who had twins.
Got a little lazy walking this winter and gained 10 pounds and slowly walking it off.
Add Notes to your diary...about 6,200 steps today ... Can't wait to play tennis doubles match tomorrow - always get over 10k steps during match :)
My 1st time coming across this dare. Unfortunately i do not own a pedometer and cannot track the number of steps I have taken. I only remember said distance of the walk which would be 3.58km or 2.24 miles thereabout. It was a 40 minute walk which would mean 4000 steps?
for the past 2 weeks ive been jogging 2min then walkin 1 min repeated for 1/2 hr then speed walked for 30 mins.
