I woke up at 5:30 am, then I picked out my clothing for work. I stretched my upper body for approx 10 mins. I feel stiff when I first get out of bed. Then I take a hot shower to loosen up more. I feel alittle better, but I think i need more. Tommorrow I will try bending my legs as well.
did basic stretching for the first time in months after the workout today. Thought I wouldn't be able to walk after doing 30 mins of treadmill and 45 minutes of legs. It HURT then, especially to stretch, but I'm not sore now!
I've been running for days and not stretching--stupid, I know--but I finally stretched today and I feel so much better! :) I'm definitely going to make a point to do this daily.
are y'all able to change the day that you log the dare? i haven't been able to go back and log a previous day since the new website rolled out a few months ago...

I'm in bed with wrotten cold....will def start tomorrow when I'm hopefully feeling a bit more human :-)
