Tried a new stretching regime to assist in my flexibility... Must say... it's awesome!!! I felt so much more relaxed and it seems to have fought off a headache I felt coming on!! ;D
OK, it's been a couple weeks. Enough suspense already! What is your new regime?

I'll check it out. Thanks!
i most always forget to stretch.
i'm going to try to do it for at least 5 mins before each 'workout'!!!
I think its better to stretch after your workout - it will increase flexibility more and helps with cooldown too.

I am part of a production with my school, im only in the chorus but i do have to dance. i did do dancing last year and became more flexible, but i want to be able to do the splits and be more flexable by june. any good streches?
I always have really tight Quads and also my lower neck/upper shoulder, so sore... What are your most effective stretches for these areas?
Since I added 5 miles of additional walking to my Monday through Friday routine I notice that I am getting super stiff. I am going to try to do at least 15 minutes of stretching yoga poses at the end of the day everyday to stay flexible and relaxed!
About to stretch for 5 minutes before bed. The neck stretches I've been doing throughout the day have helped with headaches and tension :)
Never stretch and have extremely tight muscles that are beginning to give me trouble..hoping this helps me keep on track!
Flopped with over eating over weekend, no exercising for 4 days but did my stretch. Disappointed with myself. Motivation = zero.

Hi there. I'm taking a flow and hatha yoga class this summer in addition to my cardio and roller derby schedule. I also want to do the Peaceful Warrior Workout every morning, which is a combination of basic calisthenics and yoga stretches that only last about 20 minutes.
