Stretched for about 90 minutes today, so half of my ideal goal.
Hopefully I'll be able to make it a habit to strech 3 hours everyday ^_^
Missed a few days, but amazingly, I am a bit more flexible...oh wait, it's the weight I lost, and my gut isn't in the way..
10 min. down, first solid stretch in a long while, hope to at least achieve 5 min a day, wish me luck!
10 minutes of stretching..then a bike ride, then another 10 minutes after...woohoo getting there...
