It's so important to take time to appreciate life in general. I have dedicated Sunday's for taking the day off from exercise and spend it with my family.
This web is si ! It didn't help at all. I am wasting ma time!! I think this website should be band!!
SUCH LOOSERS!! XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I took today off from running but not from taking a long walk with my hubby. I feel pretty good about it!
Does anyone post about progress through the week? I have set my goal to exercising everyday except for one day off during the weekend. I don't want to say one or the other for sure because a lot of it has to do with how I feel. I have exercised everyday 3 days in a row since taking this dare and I'm excited about it! How is everyone else doing?
I use to exercise 5 times a week. Now I've slacked off to only 3. I have joined this dare so that I will stop slacking off. Even though I never go over my calorie goal, I have also allowed myself to eat more sweets so I'm going to make this my "sweets only once a week" dare too since it doesn't exist anywhere else. I HAVE to lose this extra fat around my stomach and I WILL NOT be able to do that eating sweets. So good luck to all. I needed a new challenge. Today is day 90 of logging into livestrong.com :) Yay!
I had a wonderfully relaxing and restful Sunday. Woke up to 6 in. of snow, so it was easy to stay in and lounge around all day. I LOVE Utah!!
AMEN! That's the original day I pick to not do anything (for the same reason)!

I took nearly a week off while on vacation.
