I thanked my daughter for calling me to wish me Happy Birthday. She made my day as she is very busy all the time and she did not forget me, bless her:)
Told my wife thank you for all she does. She said thank you this morning for helping her to also get back on her exercise routine. Teamwork. Respect. Appreciation for one another.
Grateful for losing 4.4 lbs past week and looking out the window at blue skies, majestic mountains, green grass, flowers, trees in full bloom. Yeah, a bicycle ride by the river path may be good today to enjoy the beaauties of life and get away from the headlines for a few minutes.
Congratulations of losing 4.4 lbs that is a lot to lose in one week. Your bike ride sounds like the one I did a couple of weeks ago, sheer tranquillity.

Since re-committing to working-out and losing weight, grateful for my good wife who has joined me at the gym, encouraged my calorie counting, even as she says it's unfair men can lose weight faster than women :-). I have a lot more to lose than she does. She spoils me.
I thanked my son for helping me today and for the the things he does for me. It means a lot, even just a little help.

I am grateful that each day bring us a new start and a clean slate to make the best choices that we can...even if yesterday we didn't! :D
