i need to lose about 11 or more pounds and definitely not gain the freshman 15. My goal is to reach 115 by christmas break or before and to continually exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week-depending on my schedule.
Goodness, school starts next week, lets see how being healthy goes with all the stress and anxiety /:
I lost about 15 before I left for my first year of college, so if I did gain any I would just be right back to where I was. I never knew how hard it would be to be healthy in college. With the lack of sleep, and 2 AM trips to I hop for chocolate chip pancakes, and all the processed food, not to mention the amount of stress I was under, my health was not one of my priorities. Hopefully this fall, I can stay focused.
I've decided to devote myself to losing weight this summer... It'd be a shame if I gained it all back freshman year!
Well I have all summer to reach my goal weight. I will reach it by the beginning of my freshman year and I dare myself to keep loosing weight even during freshman year until I have reached my ultimate weight.
Ate a Casadia for lunch... It have almost my entire days worth of calories.... :( Feel terrible... Not doing that again
Ate in my room this weekend, and although I felt the need to binge on everything in sight I went to the gym and it made me come back to peas, carrots, and thai noodles. mmm healthy =)
Valentines Day is hard to avoid...those yummy Necco candy hearts...
I just hate working out so hard and then feeling guilty like it was all pointless when eating the apple crisp, chocolate covered strawberry, and candy. ugh.
I just went to a nearby store and bought a cheapy scale for under 10$... It may not read my BMI or be as accurate as an expensive scale but at least I can get some sort of idea of my daily weight!
didn't gain any in the fall semester because i'm an athlete and my season is in the fall, but i'm nervous for spring when i don't have practices/games everyday...
Made it through my freshman year with out gaining any weight and want to keep with it this year. It is getting harder because of the more intense classes, no time to sleep or eat healthy!!!
gained alot the first few weeks, now getting back into the balance...

Argh, I used to be 92 before I got to college, and now I just keep gaining. I've been taking kickboxing classes and running, so I'm sure some of its muscle, but at the same time, I'm eating crap food. Brownies, peeps, giant spoonfuls of peanut butter...oh well, my goal is to get back to my original weight by the end of this year, and then maintain that weight through spring semester.
