5 days in a row, I plan to make it 7. I am finally going to track on the weekends. Time to keep my weekend binges in check.

All tracked and good to go for today. I will sit down later and work up my eating plan for the weekend. It will be a challenge with house guests arriving starting tomorrow...But I can do this I am stronger than before....

The upped calorie intake keeps me from failing AS badly.

Limited to Cafeteria food this weekend. I am supplying my own breakfast, for the sake of my poor digestive system.

Do you have problems finding exactly what you eat? How do you enter it? Do you just go with whatever is closest? I find myself looking for the items with lower carbs since that is what I'm primarily interested in now.

Tracked for the day. It was a "pasta for dinner" night, and I'm not the biggest fan of pasta anyway, but sometimes that's what there is and I have to compromise. I used Catelli Smart Pasta with added fiber, but it still comes in at a whopping 310 calories for just 3/4 of a cup of cooked pasta. Once in a while I know its fine, but when I see the numbers on TDP after that meal I still cringe slightly.
