Hello,
I do take a multivitamin every evening with food for years now. Sometimes I do forget, so this is agood challenge. I take fish oil for cholesterol and sometimes Vitamin D, as I live in WI and the sun leaves us in the Winter!
I did! I take the gummy pre natals and an additional vitamin C. I was taking the fish oil but the after taste was too much.
YES. Is there any vitamin that is the best? I take pre-natal simply because it has so many benifits. I want to take the gummy adult ones, but they don't actually have that many nutritious things in them.
Done! I don't seem to have a problem taking them during the week. I leave them in my desk drawer. It's on weekends that I always forget!!
Can anyone recommend a good cheap multivit? I started taking walmarts version of the vitapak but they are expensive.

Forget the (web) pledge, but have been taking every day. Feel a lot better with them, but could also be the weight loss :)
