wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! finally called my doctor....took me long enough! now i need to keep up with my doctor appointments...I may need to keep this as a dare to serve a constant reminder to get my health on the right track!!! so ciritcal to overall wellbeing!
cant believe i still have not called my darn doctor!! what is my problem.....im to distracted with other things in my life right now...i must put my health first...
Just after my 50th birthday seemed like a good time to take care of all the stuff that I'd let slide over the last couple years. Had a physical, blood work, urinalysis, dermatologist - appoiintment for the gynocologise and appointment for colonoscopy and mammogram.
